Thousands of people from Newcastle and the Hunter are expected to travel down to Sydney over the next few days to see the one and only Ed Sheeran live in concert at ANZ stadium! Hundreds of thousands of people are expected to flock to the shows and transport authorities have already called for fans to ditch the car in favour of public transport.

Where: ANZ Stadium, Sydney Olympic Park
When: Thursday 15 March – Saturday 17 March
Doors open each night at 4:30pm
Opening act Ryan McMullan is on at 6:30pm
Support act Missy Higgins takes the stage at 7:30pm
Ed Sheeran is scheduled to wow the crowd at 8:45pm
The show will finish at approx. 10:30pm
Max size for bags is 30cm x 40cm
GETTING THE TRAIN
Your ticket to Ed Sheeran includes travel on all public transport – including travel on the Newcastle train line! However, NSW Transport has scheduled trackwork this weekend which means buses will replace trains from the early hours of Saturday morning right up until the early hours of Monday morning. The easiest thing to do is download the free TripView app to keep an eye on bus and train times for Android and Apple.
