Police are trying to identify a homeless man who died earlier this week in Charlestown.
His body was discovered near a tree in bushland off Charlestown Road on Tuesday afternoon. His death isn't being treated as suspicious.
The man, who's believed to be in his 50's, hasn't been identified yet.
He's described as being Caucasian, approximately 162 cm tall and was wearing a black baseball cap, black hoodie, tight skinny black jeans and skate shoes.
It's understood he frequented the Warners Bay, Charlestown, Cardiff and Kotara South areas.
He was usually seen drinking a coffee, carrying plastic shopping bags, and often seen wearing plastic bags on the inside of his shoes.
