A man's allegedly been caught drink driving at Heatherbrae, with his partner and three kids in the car.
Police were doing random breath tests on the Pacific Highway on Saturday night, when they pulled over a minivan carrying a family of five.
Three children were in the backseat, aged 6, 8 and 9.
The driver returned a positive roadside breath test and was taken to Raymond Terrace Police Station, where he allegedly blew 0.088.
The 45-year-old has been charged with mid-range PCA and driving while suspended.
He's been given bail and will face Raymond Terrace Local Court in December.
Police will notify the Department of Family and Community Services.
