A man's accused of assaulting police at Toronto, while his 10 year old son watched on.
It's claimed the 48 year old drove through a red light on The Boulevarde on Wednesday night with his son in his car.
Police pulled him over for a breath test, however he refused.
He allegedly lashed out at the officer, leaving him with cuts and bruises.
The driver was arrested and charged with refusing a roadside breath test, refusing breath analysis, assault police and resisting arrest.
He's been given conditional bail to face Toronto Local Court on October 3.
