White House press secretary Sean Spicer's created his own headlines this morning, after suggesting Adolf Hitler didn't use chemical weapons.
He was trying to compare the German dictator to Syria's Bashar Assad, following last weeks gas attack on civilians which killed nearly 90 people.
When an incredulous press room quizzed him on the statement, Spicer went to back track mode. "What I'm saying in the way that Assad used them, where he went into towns dropped them down, into innocent, into the middle of towns it was brought, so, the use of it. I appreciate the clarification, that was not the intent."
His boss has also been busy ruffling diplomatic feathers, tweeting that North Korea's 'looking for trouble' and the China needs to fix the issue of weapons testing.
