The hottest tickets in town are finally up for grabs.
Tickets for the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games go on sale from midday today (Monday), organisers urging everyone to flock to their website so the event can meet its budget.
It won't be first in best dressed, you have the next four-weeks to register and request the events you're interested in, then tickets will be handed out at random with no preference given to those who registered the earliest.
You'll find out on May 22 if you've been successful at snagging some tickets, any remaining tickets will be made available in July on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Ticket prices are pretty reasonable for most events, starting at just $10 for kids and $20 for adults, you can even get your hands on some FREE tickets for some of the athletic and cycling events.
It gets a bit more expensive though for the hottest events like the swimming finals and the opening and closing ceremonies, the best seats going for $200-$495.
Games organisers say they need to sell at least 1.2 million tickets to meet budget.
