Get your umbrella, gumboots and raincoat ready.
A low pressure system is bringing in a massive rain band, which forecasters say will smash the East Coast of Australia over the next couple of days.
Sydney and Brisbane can expect the worst, while Melbourne will get a lighter sprinkling.
The weather system is currently moving across South Australia, dropping plenty of rain across the state. Next to get soggy will be Victoria and New South Wales.
Once the rain hits Queensland tomorrow, up to 90% of the state is expected to get a drenching.
A flood watch has been issued in Queensland from Cairns to Gladstone, which includes Mackay, Townsville and Rockhampton.
Victoria will cop the worst of the rain on Friday, with heavy drenchings expected in the north and west of the state. While for NSW, the hardest hit areas will be in the west where up to 20mm of rain will fall between Friday and Saturday.
Tasmania could also have minor flooding in the north of the state on Saturday, with 20-30mm of rain expected.
More to come...
