Met Police have confirmed the death toll from the Grenfell Tower fire in north Kensington has risen to 17.
The police confirmed the news on Friday night, also admitting the toll was still likely to rise.
They also confirmed 37 people were still hospitalised, with 17 receiving critical care.
"There are 37 people receiving treatment, of which 17 are still in critical care," Commander Stuart Cundy said.
"Like we explained yesterday, our absolute priority for all of us is about identifying and locating those people that are still missing.
"It would be wrong for me to get into numbers that I do not believe are accurate."
The flats housed between 400 and 600 people.
