Police in New South Wales have arrested a man, over the bizarre alleged abduction of a woman from her own home at Darra.
According to police, the 22 year old woman was bundled into a stranger's car when she answered a knock at her door at around 5pm on Monday.
The woman, who's boyfriend had not long left for work, has told police she was taken to several different locations where she was assaulted and threatened, before being let go at around 1.30pm on Tuesday.
The woman was taken to hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries, while a manhunt was launched for her attacker.
A 50 year old man was picked up at Grafton in New South Wales and is expected to be extradited to Queensland where he'll be slapped with several charges including deprivation of liberty, kidnapping and common assault.
