HOW CAN I GET INFO PUT ON THE KOFM COMMUNITY SWITCHBOARD?
You can phone the switchboard on 49209444, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 3pm weekends. If you would like to get your community event on the air, you can email the switchboard directly newcomsw@austereo.com.au or you can click here and submit your event yourself!

I GET AN ERROR PAGE WHEN FILLING IN A COMPETITION FORM?
If you do not complete all the compulsory fields marked with * or do not submit a valid email address you will be directed to a error page and your entry will not be received. Please complete all compulsory fields.

I HAVE WON A PRIZE ON KOFM- HOW DO I COLLECT IT?
If you are a prize winner on KOFM , you will be notified by phone when your prize is ready for collection from the KOFM studios at 252 Pacific Highway, Charlestown. Reception hours are Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm. You are required to bring ID when collecting your prize.

HELP! I CAN'T SEE PART OF THE WEB SITE!
Are you running any "ad-blocking" software? Products like "Norton Personal Firewall", "Ad-Buster", "Ad-Blocker", "Norton Personal Security" and many more come with a feature that lets you remove the advertisement from web pages. Unfortunately, these packages incorrectly identify content on kofm.com.au as advertisement, and removes them. In order to see everything on www.kofm.com.au you need to disable any "ad-blockers" on your system while surfing our web site.

I GOT AN "UNAUTHORIZED DOMAIN" ERROR WHEN I TRIED TO FILL IN A FORM ON THE WEB SITE.
The "unauthorised domain" message you receive is the result of our "spam protection" function. Because the form you are using sends an e-mail, we have security in place to ensure only our web site can send the e-mails. The reason you are getting the error message is because our web site is unable to identify your PC and therefore unable to verify that you are using our web site. Make sure you are entering a legitimate email address in the email field, otherwise you won't be able to successfully submit the form.

Or do you have a "firewall" product running on your PC? Or perhaps some "anonymizer" software which hides your PC from other sites on the net? You will need to disable these for our web site, so you can use the form.

You can create a rule for our web site only in most software packages, The section that needs to be enabled is "Passing Referrer Information To A Web Site".
