Al once worked at a car wash called 'Rub-a-dub'. From there he stumbled into radio driving Black Thunders at Melbourne's Fox FM giving out a total of 28 thousand 3 hundred and 18 cans of icy cold Coca - Cola.

After a stint at Goulburn (in radio, not the jail) he travelled up and down the east coast stopping off at places like Cairns, the Sunshine Coast, the Gold Coast and Brisbane where he worked for Austereo at B105 and Triple M.

Al loves living in Newcastle because he likes wine and beaches. He is married to Tracey and has 2 little boys, Thomas and Will.

He loves his work, golf and his family and not necessarily in that order.
